Over 17 years of experience and expertise in Project Management, Capacity Building, Organizational Development and HRM have made Shaban Babar Baig the people person for SSAA. He has done organizational capacity assessments of development and corporate sector organizations, training needs and impact assessments for corporate and government sector organizations, total rewards system, poverty baseline surveys for a BISP pilot project, employee opinion survey and research projects.
Shaban Babar Baig has worked in various capacities with Regional Development Finance Corporation (RDFC), Small Business Finance Corporation (SBFC), SME Bank Ltd., AASA Consulting, UNDP, USAID, British Council, JICA, Benazir Income Support Program, Muslim Commercial Bank, Election Commission of Pakistan, Tethyan Copper Company and Nokia Siemens Network.
SYED SAADAT ALI
MSc in Economics and Management from Lahore School of Economics.
Nineteen years of experience in social sector policy development, reproductive health, rural development, education, governance and rule of law, peace and stability, human rights, and gender have made Syed Saadat Ali the policy person for SSAA. He has done portfolio designing and management, project appraisals, institutional assessment, capacity development for development sector organizations, systems development, needs assessments, and data collection surveys. Recently he has been engaged in studying narratives of conflict and trust in the context of Pakistan. Presently he is performing domestic and regional political analysis.
Over these years Saadat has received trainings from various international institutes; The Asian Center for Population and Community Development Bangkok, Overseas Development Group University of East Anglia UK, National Institute of Education Sri Lanka, Summer School IIEP, The World Bank Institute, The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The Hague Academy for Local Governance.
Saadat Ali has worked for national and international organizations; FPAP, AKRSP, AKES, P, AKF, Sindh Education Foundation, and AASA Consulting. Presently he is working for the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. He also worked as a short term consultant for RSPN, NORAD, and the World Bank.

Working since 2003 for both the corporate and the development sectors, Adnan Sher is the practice person: that is, the rich networks that he has built up over the years and his natural ability to work in any cultural setting in Pakistan have lead him to be one of the top experts in this field of work. He has done needs and impact assessments, consumer profile studies, mystery shopping surveys, market research, project assessments, benchmark surveys, third party validations, performance audits, scorecard surveys, baseline surveys, and nationwide poverty assessment surveys. Recently he has been engaged in studying narratives of conflict and trust in the context of Pakistan.
